Understanding Speech and Language Disorders in Preschool Children Early Detection and Intervention Speech and language are the cornerstones of early childhood development — yet many educators and caregivers find themselves navigating unfamiliar ground when faced with communication delays in preschool-aged children. This insightful training workshop is designed to bridge that gap by empowering early childhood educators with the knowledge and tools to identify, understand and support children with speech and language challenges. Led by Esraa Samara an experienced Speech and Language Therapist, the two-day interactive workshop focuses on early detection, common warning signs, classroom strategies and when to refer a child for professional help. Participants will explore real-world case studies, engage in hands-on learning and walk away with practical skills to apply immediately in their classrooms or nurseries.

Esraa Samara is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences and a Master's in Healthcare Management and Quality from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
General Objective: To enable participants to distinguish between normal and delayed speech and language development and understand common disorders.
General Objective: To educate teachers on how to support children in the classroom and identify the right time to refer a child to a speech and language therapist.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify doubts. This interactive session ensures personalized guidance from the expert.
All attendees will receive official certificates upon completion of the workshop. These certificates acknowledge their effort and learning.
At the end, a short feedback form will be shared to gather your input. Your feedback helps us improve and tailor future training sessions.
